What kind of service can I expect from My Home Genie?   We provide the same person to visit your home on a weekly basis to carry out the cleaning and/or ironing duties

How are your cleaners selected?

 
 

We pride ourselves on our rigorous selection process.  All prospective cleaners are visited in their own homes. They then have to provide us with  names and address of two referees to whom we write.  When, and if, we have received suitable references, only then are they allocated to our clients


Will my cleaner be insured?   All cleaners are covered for Public Liability and Personal Injury

Can I choose a specific day for my cleaner to call?   Yes you can choose any day between Monday and Friday inclusive

What work will my cleaner undertake?

 

A cleaner can be asked to carry out any cleaning and ironing duties within your home, but they are not insured for any outside work


What happens if my cleaner goes on holiday or cannot work due to illness?

In the event of an absent cleaner a replacement can be found if you require it
